On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, the School of Economics and Business hosted a lecture on traditional Chinese medicine in the MBA classroom (P-119). The lecture, entitled "Being Healthy in the New Year," was given by Špela Hočevar, sinologist and director of Hiša TKM.

The lecturer gave a detailed insight into taking care of one's health through a healthy lifestyle, including rest, proper nutrition, relaxation and self-massage techniques. She also explained the principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and how it can be used to promote health and well-being.

The lecture was well attended by CI students, who found it both informative and educational. The audience left with a deeper understanding of how they can use the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine to take care of their physical and mental health.
