On Sunday, January 9, at 10:00, the participants of the Authentic Chinese Culinary Experience listened to an introductory lecture, where the teachers introduced them to Chinese cuisine and explained in detail the contents of the upcoming workshops.

• Dumplings,
• Noodles,
• Cantonese Style Dishes,
• Curry,
